At Meri Mithai, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality, handmade
traditional sweets with love and care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re
here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
– You received the wrong product
– The product was damaged during transit
– The item is expired or spoiled upon arrival
To be eligible for a return:
– Items must be unused and in original packaging
– You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID)
– You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email or WhatsApp number]
Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for taste preferences or
minor packaging variations.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original paymentmethod.
– If the return is not approved (e.g. due to product misuse or delay in request), you will be informed
accordingly.
Exchanges
If you received a wrong or damaged item, we will happily replace it at no extra cost. Please contact
us immediately with a photo and your order details.
Shipping Costs
– If the error was ours (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
– If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
